E-Link Consult was engaged by DCC/The C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group to conduct Graphic Designing and Translation Services of the Dar es Salaam City Climate Change Action Plan. Two books were therefore prepared, one in English language and the other in Swahili language. The assignment was conducted in 2021.
